1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
2. Perform root cause analysis to diagnose process issues and determine their impact on business operations.
3. Analyze and maintan process improvement plans to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
4. Design new and improved business processes that align with organizational goals and objectives.
5. Create detailed process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
6. Utilize process modeling tools to visualize and communicate process changes.
7. Prepare regular reports on process performance and improvement outcomes for dept head.
8. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
9. Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for further improvement.
10. Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders on process improvement initiatives and outcomes.
