Job description

We are seeking a new Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is geared towards any person who is good at customer service and has basic computer skills.

Job responsibilities include:

The main responsibility is to answer incoming calls and to assist customers and resolve issues on each call. You will also follow up with existing customers and report to our management team on a regular basis. 

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively dealing with any issues and solving problems that arise for our clients 
  • Helping customers find a solution to their issue
  • Answering all calls promptly and efficiently
  • Report daily activity to our management team

Job Requirements:

  • You must be over 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in the USA

Other requirements include:

  •  Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  •  Positive and professional attitude
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Passionate about helping customers
