Job description

Opportunities

Start as a fundraiser. Once hired, people who show leadership skills can move on to become fundraising coaches, trainers or even managers. You get experience with world-class charities and build up communication and leadership skills. 

Wage:

Once hired, fundraisers begin at $13/h. You’re then eligible for wage increases (based on performance) of $1 at a time, which can go as high as $18/h. 

Shifts:

We have shifts running from 10am-6pm and from 1pm-9pm. The amount of shifts a week that you work is up to you. You can do a minimum of 3 days a week and maximum of 5 days a week. We work both weekdays and weekends. 

Locations:

We work in downtown Toronto and the GTA. It’s a different mall each week. Here are some of our locations: Dufferin Mall, CentrePoint, 10 Dundas, Bramlea, Atrium On Bay, Vaughan Mills, Hudson Bay. ***We try and prioritize sending you to locations that involve less of a commute***

B) Come for a group interview. The interviews are casual and welcoming. Interviewees don’t need to dress up. You can just come and be yourself!

C) Do a 4-hour in-office training. Our trainers are experienced in the field and will help you with a script, info on the campaign and fundraising techniques. 

D) Join the fundraising campaign. We’re hiring for the fall and year-round as well.
