Business Analyst

We are looking to hire a Business Analyst to analyse the organisation's efficiency by studying its needs, its business model, its workflows, and its technological systems. Recommend technical development projects that will improve business efficiency.

·         Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.

·         Improves systems by studying current practices ; designing modifications.

·         Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team ; establishing project budget.

·         Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.

·         Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.

Monitors project progress by tracking activity ; resolving problems ; publishing progress reports ; recommending actions.

Act as a liaison between the business and the clients.

Ensure timely completion of projects

Use methods and metrics and tools to achieve business benefits and corporate goals in areas such as billing, production, workflow and customer relationship management.

Bachelors degree in IT or Business Management

3+ years experience working as Functional/Data or Business Analyst in an IT company

3+ years of Customer Interfacing experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of Engineering Concepts

The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
