Job description

  1. Engage with our key merchants and help resolve issues and inquiries.
  2. Actively seeking feedback from our customer and find their pain points to offer our solutions
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and explain functionalities to customers, ensuring clear understanding.
  4. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
  5. Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify expansion opportunities and increase customer value.
  6. Conduct regular on-site visits to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.
  1. Diploma Degree/bachelor's degree in communication or management
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences in Account Manager / Business Development / Cust. Success
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative
  4. Proven hunter mentality with a proactive approach to discovering new opportunities.
  5. Customer Service oriented
  6. Placement: Cikini - Central Jakarta
