Job description

Job Summary: 

The Talent Attraction Associate supports the Talent Attraction team in ensuring an adequate pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies by executing and supporting end-to-end recruitment operations. The role is responsible for implementing workforce attraction initiatives, talent sourcing strategies, and recruitment-related activities while delivering a positive candidate and hiring team experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Attract

  • Implement recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Execute operational plans that support the organization’s talent attraction initiatives.
  • Create, maintain, and manage internal and external talent pools.
  • Support the implementation of innovative talent attraction techniques aligned with evolving organizational needs.
  • Utilize social media platforms as part of the overall talent attraction strategy.
  • Implement attraction programs and sourcing initiatives using various recruitment channels.
  • Maximize the use of talent pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Hire

  • Execute day-to-day recruitment activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with hiring teams.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders by providing recruitment and administrative support.
  • Ensure a high-touch and seamless candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment records, employee personnel files, and departmental filing systems.
  • Execute and monitor the employee referral program.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives, including updates to recruitment policies, procedures and projects.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for Hiring for Tomorrow and Internship Programs.
  • Audit monthly recruitment updates, reports, and memos.
  • Manage and maintain new hire records.
  • Provide excellent people experience services to candidates and hiring teams.

Pre-Onboarding

  • Coordinate and monitor pre-employment requirements to ensure timely completion by new hires.
  • Collect, track, and maintain pre-employment documents and records for employee files.
  • Coordinate with clinics, background check vendors, recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers/ stakeholders to resolve onboarding concerns or delays.
  • Provide candidates with clear guidance regarding pre-onboarding requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate pre-onboarding records and status updates in HR systems.

Reports and Analytics

  • Generate regular recruitment updates and provide insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of recruitment data in HR Tracker  and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Assist in analyzing recruitment trends and recommend process improvements based on data and hiring outcomes.

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with external recruitment partners and serve as the organization’s point of contact for recruitment vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance through regular feedback and performance review sessions.
  • Track recruitment agency utilization and associated costs.

Food Safety

  • Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.
  • Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.

Other Tasks

  • Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility,  risk management etc. 
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field. 

Experience:

  • At least one (1) year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience in sourcing through campus recruitment, PESO, job fairs, and digital/social media platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience in recruitment reporting, analytics, and dashboard preparation is an advantage.
  • Experience in an FMCG, BPO, or RPO environment is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations to conduct hiring activities.
