Job description
- Welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth
- Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and room delivery
- Escort guests to their rooms while introducing hotel facilities and services
- Coordinate efficiently with Front Office and Concierge teams
- Support guest requests promptly and courteously
- Ensure lobby and entrance areas remain organized and welcoming
- Assist with transportation arrangements and guest departures
- Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest service at all times
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or a similar guest service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented demeanor
- Ability to handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Physically able to assist with luggage handling when required
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic environment
