Responsibilities What You’ll Do We’re looking for a Program Manager to drive delivery excellence across our Asset Management product family. In this role, you’ll ensure delivery success by aligning strategy, engineering capacity, and business priorities. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to develop delivery plans, lead risks, and complete roadmaps that advance our modernization journey. As a formal leader, you'll lead a team and champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation. You will promote customer-centric product development and help build consistent delivery practices across the organization. You'll have the opportunity to: People Leadership Lead and develop a team with diverse technical and operational strengths (3–5 direct, 30–50 indirect reports). Drive performance management, mentoring, succession planning, and capability building. Ensure operational stability, workforce planning, and resource continuity. Build an accountable, high‑performance, outcome‑focused culture. Program & Delivery Management Own delivery of key initiatives including platform modernization, cloud migration, and security transformation. Lead delivery schedules, SLAs, operational metrics, and cross‑team execution. Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and risk across multiple programs. Enhance Agile/SAFe practices, including PI planning. Operations Management (SOD/EOD) Oversee daily SOD/EOD cycles supporting frontline and support systems. Ensure seamless night‑cycle operations and proactively resolve batch issues. Coordinate with system owners, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to maintain data accuracy and SLAs. Strengthen runbooks, controls, and continuity processes. Domain & Technology Oversight Provide leadership for tech teams supporting Investment Operations (Middle & Back Office). Demonstrate understanding of trade lifecycle, securities data, and downstream reporting. Offer architectural oversight for AWS‑based solutions (no hands‑on required). Collaborate globally on upgrades, integrations, and operational improvements. Collaboration & Vendor Management Partner with Directors and ADs across Technology and Operations. Lead strategic discussions on roadmaps, delivery expectations, and risk mitigation. Lead vendor governance for operational and delivery outcomes. Support BU and Pune‑level initiatives, including org change and communication. Qualifications Who You Are Bachelor's degree - Engineering (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) and 16+ years work experience or equivalent experience 16 - 19 years leading software/application development projects with strong delivery ownership with minimum 5+ years leading managers/technical leads. Experience leading engineering teams handling both change/new development and operations/support. Skills That Will Help You Stand Out Asset Management domain experience OR Financial Services industry experience 15+ years working with Agile/SAFe teams in a software engineering environment Proficiency in Middle & Back Office operations, particularly: Securities Data Mastering, Investment Accounting, Portfolio Reconciliation Exposure to platforms like BNY Eagle, CRIMS/Charles River, DUCO, etc. Familiarity with AWS cloud.
