Senior Manager, Data Science(Compliance Monitoring)

To lead the development and execution of an automated, data‑driven compliance monitoring capability by applying data science and advanced analytics to deliver continuous, proactive assurance across lines of defence. The role is accountable for embedding intelligent automation into compliance monitoring processes and driving adoption through effective change management, governance, and capability uplift.

• First Degree in Information Technology or related 

Experience Required

• 1-2 years - Implemented automation solutions across business units or formed part of a team that implemented automation solutions using Workfusion, SAS, Python or Microsoft software suite.
• 3-4 years - Analysis and Design of automation solution with a basic understanding of underlying systems that are used for the automation.
• 8-10 years - The role requires an experienced leader who is customer focused with proven automation capability and profound knowledge of the full dimensions of the field.
• Experience in leading business enablement practices, processes and systems to enable customer value add for the business. 
• Financial Services/Banking experience is preferred. 
• Travel maybe required to Africa Regions.
