Role Overview
The SEO & AI Analyst drives organic growth through technical SEO, data analysis, and AI-enabled automation. You will focus on building scalable workflows, extracting insights from large datasets, and applying machine learning and programmatic approaches to improve search performance. You will report to the Senior Manager Organic Growth located in US.
Main Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets (search console, web analytics, log files).
- Develop dashboards to monitor SEO performance and experimentation outcomes (Tableau or equivalent BI tools).
- Track Indicators such as organic traffic, rankings, CTR (Click-Through Rate), conversions, and revenue impact. Measure Return on investment of SEO projects and communicate growth.
- Provide applicable insights to partners through clear reporting.
- Develop SEO tooling using Python (e.g., scraping, data pipelines, automation scripts)
- Work with APIs (Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, third-party SEO tools).
- Build or integrate AI-driven tools for SEO forecasting, anomaly detection, and content generation support.
- Design and implement automated SEO workflows using Python, APIs, and LLM-based tooling.
- Collaboration and strategic agreement: Partner with content, engineering, and marketing teams to align SEO projects, translate technical insights into business recommendations, and support broader digital growth and performance marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, digital analytics, or related areas, including strong knowledge of technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, site performance).
- Hands-on experience with SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and working with large datasets.
- Experience in data visualization and reporting using Tableau (or similar BI tools) and Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
- Foundation in data analysis, experimentation, and AI/ML concepts, with the ability to apply insights in marketing/SEO environments and work with CMS/analytics platforms.
