Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain efficient Fab/Lab practices and a safe working environment.
- Perform maintenance and repair of FAB tools, with a focus on TEL coating track systems and ASML exposure systems.
- Execute system upgrades across FAB tools, particularly TEL coating track and ASML exposure platforms.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior FAB team members to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain FAB infrastructure including equipment qualification, control charting, and supply ordering.
- Ensure strict adherence to housekeeping, quality, and product integrity standards.
- Work independently and within teams, demonstrating strong motivation and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on expertise with TEL Track Systems including maintenance, repair, and upgrades.
- Familiarity with ASML, KLA, Canon, and other lithography FAB equipment.
- Experience handling photolithography chemicals (organic and inorganic).
- Knowledge of process improvement, statistics, and data analysis.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call schedules.
- Strongly preferred (and expected) experience in semiconductor/chip development within a clean room manufacturing setting.
