What the day will look like As a Global Benefits Associate, you will collaborate with different Aon teams in the global coordination of insured benefits for global clients. You will handle your own portfolio of clients and be focused on completing your tasks on time and to a high standard. In your day-to-day, you will: Manage the renewal of workforce benefit plans, coordinating information and key dates with relevant teams. Supervise client and plan data in Aon’s internal systems (TBS/GI), ensuring information is complete and up to date. Prepare initial drafts of Pre-Renewal Strategies and annual Stewardship reports for clients. Collaborate daily with teams located in various regions, using Outlook and Webex/Teams to acquire and assess required information. Suggest and help implement improvements to tools, templates, and documentation that support more efficient service delivery participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Technical skills: Solid command of MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills, and ease working with data, trackers, and internal systems. Analytical and problem-solving skills: High attention to detail, ability to analyze information, identify risks, and propose practical, improvement-focused solutions. Communication and customer focus: Clear and professional communication style, strong client-service orientation, and ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
