The role Junior Cash Application Analyst Scope: Full Time | Office: Mexico City | Hybrid Model Are you looking to grow your career in Cash Application within a regional shared services environment? Ready to make an impact by ensuring accurate cash application and strengthening financial operations across the Americas? If so, this opportunity is for you. We are hiring a Junior Cash Application Analyst to join our regional Order-to-Cash (O2C) team. This role is responsible for accurately applying customer payments in the ERP system, ensuring cash is properly recorded and supporting the resolution of unidentified or unmatched payments. The position plays a key role in maintaining cash visibility, accounting accuracy, and operational risk control within our Americas FSSC model. What you will do: Applies customer payments to open invoices in the ERP system. Investigates and resolves unidentified payments or discrepancies. Supports deduction management and incomplete payment follow-up. Executes controls and maintains documentation for audit purposes. Collaborates with Collections, Billing, and Finance teams across countries. What we need to see from you Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with solid accounting foundations. We’re looking for junior talent with hands-on experience in Treasury, Accounts Receivable (Collections), Cash Application, or Accounting. Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel. Process-oriented and able to operate in a standardized regional environment. Organized profile with attention to detail, willingness to learn, ability to work in a team, and adaptability to standardized processes and technological tools.
