The RTR Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing and performing general financial accounting activities, including financial transaction recording, account reconciliation, cost accounting, and preparing accounting reports. This role supports the financial close process and ensures compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

  • Month-end closing activities in area of General Ledger and Group Reporting 

  • Reconciliation of accounts based on supporting documentation 

  • Coordination of statutory reporting process 

  • Cooperation with external providers in process of statutory and tax reporting 

  • Reporting of the Financial Statement in Hyperion/HFM 

  • Cooperation with financial auditors 

  • Performing Internal Controls in areas of General Ledger and Group Reporting 
     

Required qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field

  • Professional experience in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and/or Reporting

  • Fluent in English

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Strong resilience under pressure, discipline, and dedication

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Background in Finance and Accounting

Preferred qualifications:

  • Additional accounting courses or certifications

  • Experience in BPO or Shared Services environments

  • Polish language skills

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA

Base Salary Range:

zł92,900.00 - zł127,710.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
