LIFE AT UIPATH
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
YOUR MISSION
We're seeking a Director, Product Management to join our team! This is a critical leadership role created to inject fresh strategic thinking and technical excellence as we scale our governance and observability capabilities. You'll represent the customer inside our company, by identifying the customer's need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulate what success looks like for a product, and rally a team to turn that vision into reality.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH
- Lead strategic initiatives working with distributed teams in Romania and Bangalore. This is a high-priority investment area for UiPath
- Support telemetry, Automation Suite, model training, and fine-tuning initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in the development lifecycle from definition to delivery and sustainment.
- Drive the adoption of scalable development principles and processes that will guide all projects to successful iterative delivery meeting the highest quality standards.
- Understand customer needs by following telemetry data, joining user interviews, and talking directly with customers and users.
- Test early and test often the features that you own. Check that the experience is optimal, no obvious use cases are missed, and the features solve the problem that is meant to be solved.
- Monitor the execution of team’s dependencies. Ensure that every team finish their work on time. Remove roadblocks and manage risks.
- Enable internal teams by providing demos and guides in order to help them understand the features to be promoted to the customers.
- Document feature specifications and the details of the implementation.
- Participate in roadmap review sessions to help with prioritization and preparation for future projects.
- Also, as an employee of UiPath you are required to comply at all times with UiPath’s policies that were communicated to you from time to time and that are available on Inside UiPath.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- 7+ years of Product Management experience with proven track record of leading functional teams or mentoring peers
- Strong technical background in infrastructure, governance, observability, and model training
- Builder mindset - You roll up your sleeves and execute (including using coding agents to build). You're not a "middle manager"
- First principles thinking with demonstrated ability to go from 0 to 1 quickly. Startup experience strongly preferred
- Business acumen and excellent process development skills
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and influencing abilities
- English fluency
- Strong project management principles and execution
- Data-driven mindset with positive, can-do attitude
- Adaptability - You thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Startups or frontier labs experience
- Technical roles at companies like Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, or Google
- Demonstrated history of building and shipping products from scratch
Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
