Job description

  • Oversee daily hotel operations with strong focus on Food & Beverage excellence, guest satisfaction, and operational performance
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and cost control initiatives
  • Lead and develop operational teams while maintaining high service standards
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations across all operations
  • Monitor and enhance restaurant, bar, banquet, and in-room dining performance to maximize guest satisfaction and financial results
  • Work closely with the General Manager to drive operational strategy, business performance, and guest experience initiatives
  • Proven experience in senior hotel operations leadership within a premium hotel environment; experience in wellness hospitality is an advantage
  • Strong Food & Beverage operational background is essential
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Strong business acumen with hands-on operational capabilities
