Job description

1. Cleaning & Presentation of All Suites and Guest Rooms

  • Clean, refresh, and service all assigned suites (including specialty suites, corner suites, and signature Roswyn suites) and guest rooms as per luxury brand standards.
  • Ensure interiors, furnishings, artwork, soft goods, and décor are handled with care and maintained in perfect condition.
  • Replenish all suite amenities, minibar items, guest supplies, and linens according to Roswyn’s presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness in bathrooms, living areas, balconies, corridors, wardrobes, and luggage areas.
  • Prepare suites for arrival with thoughtful, lifestyle-driven setups reflecting Morgans Originals brand personality.
  • Execute turndown service in suites and rooms as required.

 

2. Guest Service & Interaction

  • Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping, amenities, or preferences.
  • Deliver service that is warm, refined, and discreet, upholding guest privacy at all times.
  • Support unique guest experiences, including VIP setups, special occasions, and guest personalization.

 

3. Operational Excellence

  • Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or discrepancies immediately to the supervisor or Engineering.
  • Ensure housekeeping trolleys, suite pantries, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.
  • Follow room assignment sheets and complete rooms/suites within expected timelines.
  • Handle guest laundry collection and delivery professionally.

 

4. Safety, Hygiene & Sustainability

  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines, including safe chemical handling.
  • Participate in scheduled deep cleaning of rooms and suites.
  • Support Roswyn’s eco-friendly housekeeping practices, including proper waste segregation and energy-saving habits.
  • Ensure compliance with all Morgans Originals housekeeping SOPs.

 

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with Supervisors, Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering for room readiness and guest satisfaction.
  • Update room status promptly to avoid delays in guest check-ins.
  • Support colleagues and maintain a collaborative, positive work environment.
