Outsystems Tech Lead

We are looking for an Outsystems Senior Developer/Tech Lead.

The profile we are looking for should have Backend, Frontend and Data Base knowledge, as well as ODC strong experience This person needs to have at least 7-10 years of working experience with Outsystems, in full-dedicated developer role or Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively collaborate with business analysts (BAs) and Product Owner to understand requirements and use cases.
• Propose technical solutions and actively contribute to decision-making.
• Work closely with an 6-member team to create and enhance the internal management solution.
• Report progress and align with the team lead on project milestones.
• Collaborate in a restructuration roadmap as a Senior member, ensuring:
  • Code Quality and Maintainability
  • Well Structured Data Base
  • Design and Architecture Quality
  • Mentoring/Coaching Junior and Mid-level colleagues
