We’re looking for a hands-on People & Culture Officer to join our team in Amsterdam and take ownership of day-to-day HR operations in the Netherlands. This role is primarily focused on ensuring smooth, reliable HR administration and employee support locally , while also contributing to broader People & Culture processes across EMEA. You’ll play a key role in keeping everything running properly behind the scenes — from employee lifecycle administration to payroll coordination — and help us continuously improve how we work. What you’ll be doing HR Operations & Administration (core focus) Manage day-to-day HR administration for the Netherlands (contracts, employee files, letters, documentation) Own onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and keep documentation up to date Prepare and validate payroll inputs (starters, leavers, changes, leave data) and coordinate with payroll providers Support benefits administration and respond to employee HR queries Ensure compliance with Dutch labor law and internal policies Work closely with managers, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to keep HR operations running smoothly Process & improvement Help improve HR processes (e.g., onboarding, documentation, HRIS usage) with practical, hands-on improvements Support People & Culture initiatives and projects across EMEA where relevant Provide basic reporting and insights (e.g., headcount changes, onboarding/offboarding tracking)
