About the role Our Documentation team sits within the broader context of Integration and merchant support, working closely with QA, Development, Sales, and Product Management. As a small team, we collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure technical documentation serves as the knowledge hub and source of truth for API guides, solutions, integration, and payment management. We are looking for a Technical Writer to support the scaling of our public and internal technical documentation in line with the company's and products' growth. In this role, you will expand our documentation as a knowledge hub, enhance API documentation and tooling, and introduce smart solutions to support self-service during initial integration and troubleshooting.
