Job description

We work with private and public sector clients on a wide range of residential, commercial and public sector developments, delivering joined-up technical expertise across multiple disciplines. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Group team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role location is flexible, to be based from our Leicestershire, Birmingham or Nottingham office. This is a senior, client-facing role, suited to someone who thrives on coordination, clarity and delivery, and who enjoys being at the centre of complex, multi-disciplinary projects. In this role, you will take ownership of large and complex projects, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are met, while acting as a key link between internal teams, clients, directors and external stakeholders. You’ll play an important role in shaping how project management operates across the business, helping to embed consistency, best practice and momentum as MEC continues to grow. You should ideally have a technical related background with relevant experience in dealing with projects involving, Transport, Flood Risk, Drainage, Utilities and GI.
