Main responsibilities will include: Manage daily account management across Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and other advertising platforms Plan, structure, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize efficiency and ROI Conduct keyword, audience, bidding, and creative optimizations across multiple ad networks Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance and user acquisition results Perform competitor research, market analysis, and follow industry trends closely Generate regular reports and extract actionable insights from campaign data Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign strategy and performance outcomes Support the Product team with data-driven analyses that contribute to product development and hotel inventory growth Analyze hotel inventory performance and provide actionable insights to support performance marketing campaigns Allocate marketing campaign budgets based on performance, efficiency, and ROI metrics
