Web Designer / Web Developer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer/Web Developer to support ongoing website management and deliver engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. This role combines design, content maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, performance, and alignment with brand guidelines.

YOU WILL Manage ongoing website maintenance, including content updates, banners, and uploading documents and images Collaborate with Front-end teams and external creative agencies to ensure consistency in design and messaging Design and adapt web page layouts, landing pages, and digital assets in line with brand guidelines Translate business and marketing requirements into intuitive, visually appealing web interfaces Ensure responsive design and optimal performance across all devices Identify UX/UI improvement opportunities and propose enhancements Optimize content and visuals for performance, accessibility, and SEO Maintain design assets, templates, and style guides

YOU NEED Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, or a related field 2–3 years of experience in website management, digital design, or similar roles Experience working with tools such as Jira or Confluence; Salesforce is a plus Strong analytical skills, agility, and effective communication style Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems and website back-end management is an advantage Fluent English (B2–C1), both written and spoken
