SUMMARY
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to efficiently manage personnel administration activities and HR database operations. If you have relevant experience and are comfortable working with HR systems and applications, we would be happy to discuss this opportunity with you.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines for HR activities and documentation, while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
- Operating and updating HR databases and HR applications (HRIS), as well as generating reports required for departmental activities.
- Preparing, managing, and archiving personnel documents: individual employment contracts, addendums, decisions, certificates, and other employment-related documents.
- Managing employee files and monitoring contractual changes throughout the employment period.
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation, internal regulations, and company policies, while providing support to employees and management.
- Participating in HR processes and projects, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.
- Collaborating with external HR service providers (occupational health, payroll, training, etc.).
- Preparing HR reports and analyses for management (headcount, employee turnover, etc.).
- Providing administrative support to employees and contributing to maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.
- Performing other HR-specific activities according to company needs.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Human Resources Inspector Certification (minimum 80 hours).
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration.
- Experience working with HR databases and HRIS applications.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Good PC skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
