Job description
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Research activities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support data collection efforts, including conducting research participant screening and interviewing in English and Spanish
Maintain participant tracking logs and ensure timely and appropriate follow-up
Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and protocols for maintaining Protected Health Information (PHI)
Collaborate with the research team to ensure timely implementation and compliance with grant deliverables and successful completion
Organizing, managing study datasets using data science tools
Assisting in data visualization and interpreting findings for publications and presentations
Applying and mastering research concepts, practices, skills, or methods of scholarship;
Earning CITI and related ethics of research conduct certification
Presenting findings in either written or oral format
Collaborating with others in preparing publications and abstracts
Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Applicant must be enrolled as a full-time or part-time graduate student at Marymount University
Must maintain good academic standing
MS Office Knowledge
Experience with data analysis software (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS, Python) is preferred but not required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
