POSITION SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Analyst supports and optimizes supply chain operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely inbound and outbound inventory management for the full Celltrion product portfolio in Canada. This role is responsible for supply visibility, data integrity, inventory optimization, and proactive risk management, working closely with cross functional internal teams (Quality Assurance, Finance, Commercial, Global HQ) and external partners, including 3PL providers, wholesalers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
The role plays a critical part in ensuring continuity of supply, accurate reporting to HQ, and operational excellence through data driven insights, system accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain, inventory, and sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Proactively monitor inventory coverage, demand signals, and supply constraints; raise early warnings and escalation flags in case of potential product shortages, delays, or data inconsistencies
Prepare and maintain regular dashboards and reports for local management and Global HQ, including inventory levels and quarterly counts, allocation status, sales performance, service level, and supply risks
Support HQ reporting requirements by providing accurate, timely, and validated Canadian market data in line with global team timelines
Continuously review and validate BI reports provided by 3PL partners, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and data integrity across systems.
2. Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize product shortages. Raise any alarm with time to ensure high management is informed for scalation process
Recommend strategies based on sales analysis for inventory optimization within wholesalers
Support allocation analysis and execution across different product categories, including Commercial and Free of Charge (FOC) products
3. Inventory Traceability
Support audit readiness and data provision related to inventory, distribution, and traceability (internal, partner, or regulatory)
Track inbound shipments from suppliers and coordinate with Quality, logistics providers, customs brokers, and compliance teams to ensure timely release and availability of goods
Support end to end inventory traceability from supplier to warehouse to wholesaler
Work closely with wholesalers to collect, manage, and reconcile inventory and sales reports
4. Master data information flow:
Act as a key data steward for supply‑chain‑related master data in the Canadian market
Proactively request, validate, and maintain SKU and material master data from source systems and Global HQ
Ensure accurate and timely master data setup for current and launch products with 3PL partners and their ERP systems (SAP), including SKU attributes, pricing references, and logistics parameters
5. Process Improvement
Identify gaps, and manual workarounds in supply chain processes and data flows
Propose and support implementation of process improvements, and standardization or creation according to the business needs
Document processes, data flows, and roles to improve clarity, consistency, and cross functional alignment
6. System & Tools Management
Maintain and update the global ERP system to ensure accurate inventory, transactional data, and timely payment to suppliers and service providers
7. Wholesaler Supply Chain Support
Maintain clear and continuous communication with wholesalers regarding deliveries, returns, and credits, ensuring a high level of customer service by offering proactive solutions and demonstrating confidence and professionalism in dispute resolution
8. Support additional responsibilities and special projects as required, in line with role evolution and the growth of the business
WORK EXPERIENCE
5 years of experience in Supply activities
Solid experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with both local and global stakeholders
Solid Strong end‑to‑end understanding of logistics, inventory management, procurement, and distribution processes, with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions using data‑driven criteria under analysis and insights
Ability to work independently, stay organized, exercise sound judgment and manage priorities effectively
Advanced proficiency in Excel
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field
