Seeking a creative and experienced Video Art Director to lead the visual direction and creative execution of video content across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for developing strong visual concepts, overseeing production quality, and ensuring brand consistency across all video projects.

As a Video Art Director, the position will guide the creative vision of video content including marketing campaigns, social media, website materials, and promotional productions. The role requires strong storytelling ability, visual design sensibility, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create engaging and impactful brand visuals.

By combining creative direction, strategic thinking, and production oversight, this role will help deliver visually compelling content that strengthens the company’s brand identity and audience engagement.

Job Description:

As a Video Art Director, the role focuses on leading the creative direction and overall visual quality of video productions. This position is responsible for overseeing concept development, visual storytelling, and production planning to ensure that all video content aligns with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

Creative Direction

Develop and guide visual concepts for video content including campaign videos, promotional materials, product videos, and social media content. Ensure a consistent visual style that reflects the company’s brand identity.

Visual Design and Composition

Strong understanding of visual design principles such as composition, color, lighting, framing, and motion aesthetics to create visually compelling content.

Video Production Oversight

Supervise the entire video production process including concept development, pre-production planning, filming direction, and post-production review. Maintain high creative and technical standards throughout the process.

Storytelling and Content Development

Lead the development of visual narratives that effectively communicate brand messaging and product value through engaging video storytelling.

Collaboration and Team Leadership

Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop video strategies that support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Provide creative guidance to video team members and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.

Trend and Industry Awareness

Stay updated with the latest visual trends, video production techniques, and digital media innovations to continuously improve content quality and creative direction.

Project Management

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while maintaining production timelines, workflow efficiency, and quality control.

Adaptability and Innovation

Remain flexible in responding to evolving creative needs and explore new techniques, tools, and production styles to enhance visual storytelling.

Through creative leadership and strong visual direction, the Video Art Director plays a key role in producing high-quality video content that effectively represents the company’s brand and engages target audiences.

The anticipated compensation range is

123,000.00 - 226,000.00 USD Annual

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
