- Translate complex data into strategic insights that inform litigation strategy, client engagement, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and advanced analytics to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications:

- Exceptional analytical capabilities, comfortable working with large datasets and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills, including the ability to present to firm leadership.
- Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills in high-stakes environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with CRM systems, workflow tools, and enterprise data platforms.
- High degree of ownership, resilience, and adaptability.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- JD preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in legal operations, consulting, large-scale program management, analytics, or related leadership roles
- Prior experience leading operational teams within a law firm, litigation finance organization, legal services platform, or similarly complex professional services environment strongly preferred.
