Job description

Chartbeat Inc. is the parent company of Chartbeat, Tubular Labs, FatTail, and Lineup Systems. Together, we’re shaping the future of media strategy and revenue. Trusted by the world's top media brands, Chartbeat, Inc. combines analytics that power smarter audience strategies with revenue solutions that simplify ad operations and accelerate monetization.

Our mission is to help customers grow valuable media brands with their content. Join our diverse group of focused, hardworking professionals who are passionate about doing work that’s challenging and fun — and who strive to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven, creative Demand Generation Manager to own and accelerate our pipeline growth engine for Chartbeat and Tubular. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between Marketing and Sales, ensuring every lead is captured, qualified, and nurtured effectively to support our new business revenue goals.

You will be the holistic owner of the lead lifecycle, from building target lists and managing multi-channel campaigns to analyzing funnel performance. The ideal candidate is someone who loves building processes from the ground up but is equally comfortable diving into the data to find the next growth lever.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (Paid Social, SEM, Email, Events, and Content Syndication).
  • Campaign Optimization: Use data-driven insights and A/B testing (messaging, creative, and CTAs) to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI. Optimize campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to decision.
  • Inbound Management: Qualify inbound leads and oversee automatic qualification to make sure no lead falls through the cracks. Respond to inbound inquiries and assist in scheduling qualification meetings to ensure a seamless handoff to Sales.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align on lead quality, conversion goals, and feedback loops.
  • ABM Programs: Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-priority segments.
  • Event ROI: In close collaboration with the Events team, coordinate lead generation activities for industry events and other field marketing activities.
  • Content Alignment: Partner with the Content Marketing team to develop content strategies (webinars, case studies, etc.) that fuel lead generation efforts.
  • Product Alignment: Work closely with Product Marketing to align campaigns to positioning and ICP messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-7 years of experience in a Demand Generation role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through integrated marketing programs
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally Hubspot). Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and funnel analytics.
  • Strong command of paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with demonstrated ROI management.
  • Experience with ABM platforms preferred (e.g. Demand Science, Terminus etc.). Familiarity with intent data and signal-based outreach is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to tease out trends from complex data sets to drive process improvements.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Work well cross functionally. Effectively communicate project status, needs and blockers and keep stakeholders informed. Communication (both verbal and written) is clear, precise, proactive, and drives value across all audience types.
  • Self-starter who operates independently and proactively shares learnings across the growth marketing team.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work (and based) in the United States.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401K with company match (100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%)
  • Fully Paid Parental Leave - 18 weeks for birthing parents, 12 weeks for non-birthing parents
  • Phone and internet stipend
  • Wellness, learning, and coworking reimbursements
  • Flexible work hours
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 11 paid holidays and December holiday closure
  • Annual In-Person Event
  • The base salary for this position is between $80,000-$100,000.
