The Global Marketing team at Wolt is seeking an experienced growth marketer to lead our Courier Marketing function across Lifecycle/CRM, Paid Media, and Product Marketing, while also driving forecasting and goal-setting in close partnership with our Supply and Operations teams. What you’ll be doing
- Own weekly acquisition performance by reviewing conversion, productivity, and retention trends across markets, identifying gaps to target, and turning insights into clear action plans.
- Be the primary partner to Supply and Operations leads, guiding attainment discussions, aligning on market realities, and managing expectations when goals are at risk.
- Make high-impact budget allocation decisions across paid media, referrals, CRM, and owned channels, dynamically shifting investment to the most efficient levers while developing models and automation to optimize budget mix over time.
- Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team across Growth, Lifecycle/CRM, Creative Strategy, and Content, ensuring focus on high-impact opportunities and delivery against ambitious OKRs.
- Drive experimentation across the full Courier funnel—from acquisition to re-engagement—including referral expansion, sign-up boosts, guaranteed earnings, onboarding incentives, and early lifecycle paid incentives.
- Champion rigorous experimentation and incrementality testing, from always-on channel measurement to large-scale multi-market “go dark” tests, ensuring decisions are based on causal impact rather than attribution alone.
- Shape the future of Courier Marketing by building scalable acquisition and engagement systems that create new demand, improve courier experience, and strengthen Wolt’s long-term marketplace advantage.
Our humble expectations
- 10+ years leading growth or performance marketing in multi-market environments, owning acquisition strategy, channel mix, and budgets to drive scalable growth.
- Strong expertise in paid media, CRM/lifecycle, referrals, and owned channels, with a track record of improving acquisition efficiency and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to turn complex data into strategic decisions, synthesize insights clearly, and communicate recommendations effectively to senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven experience influencing Product, Finance, Operations, and Analytics partners, driving alignment and decision-making in fast-paced, cross-functional growth environments.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience managing high-performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering accountability, strong execution, and continuous development.
- Hands-on experience building experimentation frameworks, including incrementality testing, causal measurement, and channel analysis to support smarter investment decisions.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in gig economy, marketplace, or three/two-sided platform businesses.
- Familiarity with budget optimization models, attribution tools, or CRM automation platforms.
- Experience working closely with Product Marketing or leading go-to-market initiatives for new products, features, or growth programs in cross-functional environments.
