Overview Lutron has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative - Invoicing, to join our team in Cartago Costa Rica. At Lutron, we put the customer first in all that we do. Responsibilities Manage invoicing for key accounts and service contract customers, including both pre-sale and post-sale activities Locate and verify customer accounts in Salesforce for accurate billing Create and maintain Service Contracts and Work Orders to support service delivery Support customer onboarding through portals, including registration, ACH setup, and Certificate of Insurance collection Process customer contract credits and rebills as needed Upload contract invoices and terms into the Corrigo portal\ Coordinate with the tax team to determine and apply tax-exempt statuses Perform monthly audits to identify and address process gaps Provide support to the LSC Scheduling team as needed Qualifications High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with invoicing, billing operations, or accounts receivable processes preferred Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred Attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience working with customer onboarding processes and portals is preferred Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skill Fluent in English and Spanish This is an onsite role based at Lutron’s Costa Rica office.
