Position Description The Bilingual Operations Specialist plays an essential role in supporting day-to-day operations at Applied Medical Canada. This position contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes across multiple functions, including customer service, sales operations, finance, logistics , and procurement. As a fluent communicator in both English and French, the Bilingual Operations Specialist ensures seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners to uphold Applied Medical’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence within the medical device arena . Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, processing orders accurately, and maintaining timely communication with customers and internal teams. Coordinate with departments such as Credit, Sales Operations, and Shipping to resolve issues and ensure smooth customer interactions. Support sales operations by managing sales documentation, data accuracy, and process improvements that enhance efficiency. Assist in accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions, including invoice management, payment tracking, and reconciliation. Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of medical devices and supplies. Maintain operational and compliance records in accordance with regulatory and quality standards. Contribute to procurement activities, including vendor communication, purchasing coordination, and supply management. Participate in cross-functional initiatives, driving collaboration and process optimization across departments. Success in This Role Looks Like Ensures timely and accurate order processing and delivery coordination across business functions. Builds strong relationships with internal teams and customers through proactive communication and problem resolution. Demonstrates bilingual communication excellence that enhances customer satisfaction and operational outcomes. Supports efficiency improvements through data accuracy, process discipline, and workflow collaboration. Maintains reliability, accountability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment. Ability to support various tasks in a dynamic environment. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, logistics , supply chain, economics, or a related field. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken. Minimum three years of experience in customer service or operational support, preferably in a distribution or healthcare environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office productivity tools. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Benefits Competitive compensation range: CAD $50000 - $65000 / year.
