What the day will look like Aon’s Innovation and Integrated Solutions (IIS) team brings together six specialty areas—Pharmacy, Audit, Clinical/Wellbeing, Compliance & Policy Consulting, Time Away & Life Solutions, and Innovation Area—to deliver integrated, forward‑thinking solutions for clients. This role supports initiatives that span all IIS teams and contributes to projects that build strategy, innovation, and execution across the organization. As a Client Success Coordinator for IIS, you will support advisory and innovation‑focused projects through strong project coordination, research, crafting surveys and analysing them, and development of high‑quality client-facing materials (for example: PowerPoint presentations, infographics, capabilities sell-sheets). You will work closely with colleagues based in the U.S., partnering with team members to turn data, insights, and ideas into clear, well‑structured deliverables internally for our colleagues, and externally for our clients. Key Responsibilities Vendor Landscape Management: Organize and maintain vendor materials, track vendor capabilities, and support ongoing vendor landscape initiatives across specialty areas Presentation Development: Build and produce high‑quality PowerPoint presentations in Aon‑brand format, translating research findings, survey results, and sophisticated concepts into clear, visually compelling materials for internal and client audiences Research & Insights: Conduct ad‑hoc research to support the growth, innovation, and strategic direction of specialty teams, synthesizing findings into actionable insights Knowledge Management: Track solutions and resources in development, maintain timelines and status updates, manage Aon’s intranet site content updates and revisions, and support expansion to Aon.com once the platform is refreshed Survey Management: Own the end-to-end survey process, including survey development and building, distribution and management, data analysis, report development, and dissemination of results to internal and external interested parties. Project Management: Coordinate and drive workstreams including surveys, rapid response and thought leadership development, solution development, and technology transformation initiatives Required Experience We’re looking for collaborators, analytical professionals, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders and future leaders.
