This role plays a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-impact talent that supports Old National Bank’s business strategy, culture, and long-term growth objectives. The recruiter partners closely with business leaders, Talent Strategy, and HR team members to understand evolving talent needs, design proactive sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, consultative partnership skills, and proven experience recruiting for complex, relationship-driven financial services roles. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $60,000.00/Yr. - $121,300.00/Yr.. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location. Key Accountabilities: Own and execute recruitment for corporate functions, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, and senior-level leadership roles, from application through offer acceptance. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by developing a deep understanding of business priorities, role requirements, performance expectations, and future talent needs. Build and implement targeted sourcing and pipelining strategies aligned to business demand and market conditions. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that represents ONB’s culture, values, and employment brand. Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, outbound calling, and industry outreach, to attract diverse and high-quality talent. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate experience, skills, leadership capability, and cultural alignment. Present qualified candidates to leaders; provide thoughtful insights and recommendations, and support selection decisions. Actively network through industry associations, professional groups, community partnerships, universities, and social platforms to strengthen ONB’s talent brand. Collaborate with the Talent Strategy team to align recruiting efforts with workforce plans, succession strategies, and long-term talent priorities. Gather and synthesize feedback from hiring teams and deliver timely, professional feedback to candidates. Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and with company policies and procedures. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent recruiting experience required 5+ years’ full life cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success supporting complex business lines. Required experience recruiting for Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, and senior-level leadership roles. Demonstrated expertise in proactive sourcing strategies, including social media and professional networking platforms. Strong consultative, influencing, and relationship-building skills with leaders at all levels.
