Overview and Responsibilities Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for supporting Human Resources and Payroll Administrative functions. Completes Employment Verifications Creates and tracks adherence to human resources training modules including employment law, reasonable suspicion, and other required trainings Handles a variety of clerical duties to include Employee Relations folders and Termination documents online retention system Handles internal on-boarding transfer processes for client group Responds to Unemployment Claims Reviews completed annual performance evaluations from client group Sends weekly separation notices Spends 25% of time, or two days per week processing company-wide payroll Supports company wide recognition program Supports talent management process Supports the employee relations function including answering and responding to the employee hot line Performs other duties as assigned Travel None Qualifications Employment is contingent on Background check (company-wide). Results will not be used automatically to disqualify individuals. Instead, the Company will conduct an individualized assessment that considers the duties of the position, the nature and timing of the offense, and any evidence of rehabilitation, in accordance with applicable laws. Required Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent, required One year of Human Resources and Payroll experience, required or educational equivalent.
