NAND Quality and Reliability R&D Engineer

NAND array algorithm development and performance/reliability engineering

Job Purpose: Develop NAND array algorithms with a focus on performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve fab processes to meet target margins
• Set device conditions for performance/reliability specs
• Issue design change requests to achieve goals
• Address issues found in testing and qualification
• Create test flows to identify failures
• Build physics models to analyze device behavior

• BS in Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience in NAND or reliability/product engineering
• Strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills

The compensation range for this role is $159,360 - $255,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Working Conditions: Full-time hybrid in San Jose CA; at least 3 days per week onsite.
