Required Skills & Qualifications
Domain Expertise
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance processes:
- Policy lifecycle (Quote → Bind → Issue → Renewals)
- Claims processing
- Underwriting workflows
- Billing systems
Technical Skills
- Experience with:
- Business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- SQL for data analysis
- Process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN, Lucidchart)
- Familiarity with:
- Insurance platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, etc.) preferred
Analytical Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to interpret complex data and business scenarios
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
