This role is being offered as a 12-month Maximum term contract.

Quality Assurance (QA) ensures that IT products and services meet specified requirements and standards through systematic testing and validation. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing QA processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable technology solutions.

What you’ll do:
Develop and implement QA strategies and plans.
Lead and mentor the QA team.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective test execution.
Monitor and report on QA progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
What we’re looking for:
Extensive experience in quality assurance and test management.
Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
An experienced technical expert who uses your specialised skills to provide advice, influence others and help by directly contributing to solutions.
Ability to solve complex work problems leveraging overarching guardrails, experience and strong judgement.
Experience being a first level operational Team Leader with full responsibility for other team members (up to 10 people) to deliver results.
Ability to consider direction and form annual prioritisation of work.
Ability to be actively involved in large projects and/or leading medium scale projects.
