Job description
ABOUT THE ROLE
•Sales Strategy & Revenue Management : Support the Director of Sales in achieving revenue and occupancy targets, execute sales action plans, monitor competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities.
•Business Development & Client Relations : Generate new business opportunities and manage key accounts, by handling negotiations, proposals, contracts, and follow-up activities.
•Team Leadership & Operational Coordination : Coordinate closely with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, and Operations teams, also monitor daily sales activities and team performance in smooth communication and excellent guest experience.
•Administration & Compliance : Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and documentation, also Sales Report, Forecast and Business Analysis with ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
•Previous experience in similar role preferred minimum 1 year.
•Good character in leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Good personality, honest and high work integrity.
•Results-driven with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
