ABOUT THE ROLE

Oversees all F&B Service operations by ensuring exceptional service standards, quality control, and guest satisfaction across restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.

Leads and managing a motivated F&B Service team, including hiring, performance monitoring to maintain high productivity with a positive engagement, with fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and a guest-focused culture.

Drives profitability and control budgets, through strategic planning, cost control, creative menu development, and targeted promotions aligned with market trends.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•Minimum 2 years in the same field

•Strong Leadership and team management skills

•Creative mindset with a passion in F&B Trends and guest dining experience

•Proven track record in revenue generation, cost control and F&B promotions.

•Excellent guest service orientation with strong problem-solving and communication skills

•Strong communities base for supporting Marketing and F&B Promotion revenue stream.
