Senior Human Resources Manager

Position Overview: ShyftLabs is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our growing company! Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for several day-to-day logistics and coordinations, spanning onboarding and offboarding, laptop and software account configuration, HR administration, interview scheduling, and improving people management components.

This role is meant for a multitasker and a problem-solver. Someone who can keep not only themselves organized, but others as well. Someone who can think on their feet, provide support to various leaders, and helps foster a fabulous employee experience.
