Cleaner / Janitorial – Multiple Locations Across Greater Vancouver

We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking Cleaners / Janitor to join our growing team across the Greater Vancouver area, including Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Delta, and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, permanent position for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas in residential and commercial buildings

• Perform general cleaning duties including

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

• Dusting and sanitizing surfaces

• Cleaning washrooms and high-touch areas

• Removing garbage and recycling

• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

• Respond promptly to spills and cleaning requests

• Ensure all assigned areas meet company cleanliness standards

• Support team operations and maintain a positive work environment

• Report maintenance or safety concerns when identified

• Assist with coordinating tasks when working within a team environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Good communication and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Pay: Starting from $18 per hour

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
