Window Nation, one of the fastest-growing window replacement companies in the U.S., is seeking a Graphic Designer to support national and local marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for executing high-quality creative across print, digital, video, and integrated 360° marketing campaigns. The  Graphic Designer will partner closely with the Creative Manager, copywriters, and cross-functional marketing teams to concept, design, and deliver compelling creative that drives brand awareness and performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works efficiently under tight timelines, and brings strong experience developing creative assets that perform consistently across paid media, traditional marketing, and digital platforms. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented designer who takes ownership of projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate understands that strong creative outcomes are driven by disciplined process, clear briefs, thoughtful iteration, and collaboration. They are comfortable asking strategic questions, identifying gaps, and contributing ideas that improve both the work and the workflow.
