Director Business Development

The Director, Business Development role at Chartwell is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for advancing the organization’s enterprise-wide business development and referral growth strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Strategy, this position provides national leadership to a team of Business Development Managers across the organization and is accountable for strengthening internal and external referral generation, expanding provincial partnerships, and formalizing scalable business development practices.
