What you will be doing:

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of spa treatments and guide Owners and Guests in selecting and booking services
  • Support daily Spa operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Curate the retail experience by recommending and selling premium spa products
  • Assist Guests with spa amenities, ensuring comfort and relaxation throughout their visit
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation across all spa facilities; report any maintenance concerns
  • Follow all departmental, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures

 

  • Flexible schedule required, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts up to 8:00 PM
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Guest-focused mindset with the ability to remain professional, composed, and gracious at all times
  • Previous spa and/or luxury hospitality experience preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Physical Requirements: Regular standing and walking throughout the shift; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs; frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling; occasional use of stairs, ramps, and ladders

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.

Starting hourly wage: $20.02/hr
