System Analyst (Baltic IT department)

By becoming a part of BTA, we will entrust you with: • Collaborate with various business and IT teams across the Baltics, ensuring effective communication and achievement of shared goals. • Analyze and prepare business and functional requirements. • Participate in the full change delivery lifecycle - from analysis and solution design to testing and release support. • Analyze existing processes and propose improvements for system functionality, integrations, and efficiency. • Work with SQL queries, APIs, and data flows to support system analysis and integrations. • Develop and maintain system documentation in Jira and Confluence. • Provide support to partners during integration with BTA systems. • Support investigation and analysis of system incidents, defects, and integration issues. • Collaborate closely with developers, QA specialists, business stakeholders, and external partners across the Baltics.
