As a UAV Technician - Systems and Prototyping (f/m/d), you will ensure our products are built and scaled to deliver industry-leading safety, reliability, and performance. Your roadmap to make an impact Oversee and execute the hands-on prototyping and systems testing of UAVs and their subsystems Plan and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines and technical requirements Support flight testing to validate performance, reliability, and system integration Develop and implement methods to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and traceability Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional prototypes and production-ready/test-ready UAVs Define and enhance the R&D lab setup to ensure a safe, efficient, and highly flexible environment for UAV development Maintain lab organization, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety standards
