Job description

Shape the Future of Real-Time Vision in Sports Technology Join Trackman’s new Simulator Technology team and help build the device foundation powering the world’s leading golf simulators. We are looking for a Senior Windows Device Engineer to shape how we deploy, manage, and operate Windows-based simulator systems across labs, demos, and field environments. About the team Trackman is the global leader in indoor golf technology, delivering advanced simulator experiences through precision tracking, virtual golf software, and in-bay technology. Our new Simulator Technology´s (SimTech) mission is to drive innovation across the entire in-bay customer experience: cameras, projectors, kiosks, moving floors, and the software that ties them together. The team works in close collaboration with Trackman's hardware, tracking, ML, and Virtual Golf teams to deliver seamless, world-class experiences. This is a unique opportunity to become one of the first engineers shaping the future of Trackman’s simulator. The role We are building a robust Windows device platform for simulator deployments, demos, labs, and kiosk setups. Reliable and scalable device management is business-critical — when a simulator bay goes down, revenue stops. We are looking for a self-driven engineer who can take ownership end-to-end: from provisioning and kiosk lockdown to automation, driver stability, and endpoint management. As there is no technical manager in the team, you will be expected to define priorities, make pragmatic decisions, and drive execution while collaborating across IT, Product, Support, and Operations. What You’ll Own Windows kiosk and dedicated-use device configurations using Assigned Access, Shell Launcher, and policy-based lockdown. Endpoint automation and scripting using PowerShell and remote execution tools. Device management workflows using Intune and similar endpoint management platforms. Provisioning standards, update strategies, rollback procedures, and technical documentation. Driver and hardware stability across GPUs, CPUs, peripherals, and Windows driver stacks. What you will do Design repeatable setups for simulator kiosks, demo rigs, and internal lab devices. Deploy applications and configurations while ensuring devices remain stable and compliant. Troubleshoot OS, driver, peripheral, and performance issues and turn recurring problems into scalable solutions. Define and monitor operational metrics such as provisioning time, update success rates, and recovery times. Build runbooks and documentation that enable operations teams to scale independently. Success in this role means creating a reliable, repeatable device platform with strong automation, clear operational metrics, and scalable support processes that reduce downtime and improve field reliability.
