Purpose of the position Kalmar Poland is a global leader in material handling equipment and services. We are currently looking for a Sales and Service Support Administrator to join our sales and service support team. You'll be part of almost 40-people team located in Stargard. Your stakeholders will be located in western Europe countries. What are your key responsibilities: Providing administrative support for sales and service processes. Handling SAP and other administrative tools. Creating, managing, and invoicing orders and contracts. Processing warranty claims in line with deadlines. Cooperating with sales and service teams to ensure timely support. Participating in process and system improvements. Complying with health, safety, and internal procedures. What you bring to the role: Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level – must have. Basic knowledge of other european language – an advantage. Experience in a similar role – preferred. SAP knowledge – will be an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Accuracy and accountability for assigned tasks. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
