The Oaktree Dublin office is currently providing accounting, administration and oversight services for the Oaktree fund affiliated investments.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report directly to the Assistant Vice President of European Fund Administration for Oaktree Ireland and will be assigned duties to assist with the oversight and management of all Oaktree fund affiliated investments.
Support the oversight and management of all Oaktree Capital fund portfolio owned Special Purpose Vehicles (“SPVs”)
Oversee portfolio company SPVs across multiple assets classes, including loan origination, real estate, aircraft leasing and NPL portfolios
Review of quarterly SPV management accounts prepared by service providers
Coordinate and oversee audit of Irish structures across multiple audit firms
Review annual financial statements prepared by service providers and assist in the preparation of internally produced financial statements
Ensure timely reconciliation of all SPV inter-company balances on a quarterly basis
Develop and maintain relationships with service providers and external asset advisors
Oversee and management of SPV liquidations as investment reach the end of their life cycle
Contribute to internal reporting process across Oaktree offices, including financial statements and management accounts, intergroup reconciliations, deal specific costs, and AUM tracking
Prepare and oversee quarterly regulatory filings submitted to the Central Bank of Ireland and other regulators
Monitor lender reporting and compliance deliverables
Support onboarding of new SPV investments and participate in deal closing processes
Assist in implementing new financing arrangements across deal structures
Identify and implement improvements in systems and processes surrounding all the above areas
Perform other duties and assist with ad hoc projects as required from time to time
Qualifications
2+ years post qualification experience in a medium/large audit firm preferably working on PE / Investment Management / Aircraft leasing related clients .
Professional accounting qualification
Excellent knowledge of current accounting standards (IFRS and FRS)
Experience in delivering financial statements within defined deadlines
Experience in relationship management
Strong excel skills
Understanding of Irish Section 110 structures and regulated fund frameworks
Personal Attributes
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
Team-oriented and must possess strong integrity and professionalism
Excellent English command, written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Funds/Private Equity industry is an advantage
Education
Professional accounting qualification
Degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent
